Get actuals
Initial get actual
From within the control measure Norms tab right click on 
of an empty row and select Get actuals from the popup menu.
In the following popup fill in required data.
Following fields are minimum required:
- Logical system: Indicator to which logical systems the norm is relevant to (see also Control measure - assign logical system)
- Table: SAP check table relevant for this norm (see also Control measure - assign SAP check tables)
- Primary key: Primary key fields from the selected table (as defined in the used norm). Multiple fields need to be separated using commas (no spaces).
- Select string: Selected fields for output
To have CSI Accelerator® automatically retrieve actuals from SAP use option 
.
To manually document the actual use option 
.
After having performed the get action, the Actuals tab is shown. Entries that are to input manually have status 
. Comments and documents need to be included as described below.
Re get actual
From within the control measure Actuals tab
right click on the tab heading and select Re get actuals (active) from the popup menu.
