A popup will appear and you will be able to select one record.

Tip: Type *** (and validate) to get the record select form directly. (same as right click - Add) Type ** (and validate) in the text select box to get the filter textbox directly. (same as right click - Add)
Tip: You can simulate the "add" by entering ** and press enter, the filter popup window will appear. If you enter ** and some text the popup window will be skipped and the multi select window will display directly

Now a popup window will appear where you can filter for selection.
The selection window will show all items filtered on you criteria.
You can select one or multiple records from the library, tree-view or any other form.
Or you can even select a grouping and drag & drop it to the grid.
Warning: If you want to assign a process or a domain to an other item (roles, involved persons, risk, etc), you need to select the process step or domain item from the tree-view (not the library).
If you want to create relations between 2 items, you can do this on an easy way by opening the 2 corresponding views and simply drag & drop multiple items from one view to the other, the application will popup with the question if you want to drop all the items on the drop row (1 single) or on all visible rows in the drop grid.
By using the grid filter you can make a selection for which you want to create a relation.
