User (SAP)

Roles added to a SAP User have a validity period. When current date is not in the From Until bracket, the role is shown in red italics.

 

Tab rights click menu:

• Synchronize assignments: synchronize the user role assignments with the default SAP system.
  The validation period for user role assignments must be checked.
  
• Cancel: cancel the menu.

All roles added to a SAP User including the single roles contained in the composite roles added to the user. The Executed checkbox is available after updating STAD information based on imported periods.

Show t-codes, these t-codes are the Σ of single role t-codes (directly or through composite).

The query view tab allows the user to display queries from 2 different sources and compare them.

The compare grid indicates whether queries exist in the left pane or in the right pane.

The license info tab shows the license details for a SAP user.
