How to export a codification to MS Access?

  1. Export type Authorization Organizer (AO)
  2. Export type Authorization Auditor (AA)

Remark: it is recommended to validate your codification before export.

Choose the type of export.

Depending on the choice you made the codification export window and its options may look differently.

A codification exported to AO or AA cannot be re-imported in the Accelerator. You can however import the codification into another SQL server database.

Choose the location where the codification is to be saved.

Since the codification is saved as an Access Database, you can choose between Access 97 and Access 2000.
