Data view reports.
This page gives some guidelines in mapping reports from AO data to Accelerator reporting capabilities.
Most reports are provided by the reporting cockpit, and some are easily created by exporting a dataview to Excel.
Master data and relational data views can be found in the reporting cockpit, but, it is also possible to extract all these data by export to Excel.
How it works:
- Open the table view that resembles most the report you want.
- Add the grouping you want.
- Add the filter you want.
- Click on the export icon
on the right bottom of your screen, click Export Excel, and choose name and location of the Excel file to be created.
Mapping reports for AO users:
- For a list of SAP user data, select Users> Users.
- For a list of SAP users with assigned roles, select Users > Views > User – role assignments, for detailed list Users > Views > User – role assignments (detail).
- For a list of SAP roles with related queries, select Roles> Views> Role – query (concept) relations or Roles> Views> Role – query (norm) relations.
- For a list of SAP roles with related domains, select Roles> Views> Role – domain relations.
