Under the Roles or Users or Profiles or Views menu you'll find the View sub menu with following views:

This view gives an overview of all role query relations in the current concept.
You can directly delete role query relations and you can create role query relations (click on New icon) based on:
This view gives an overview of role query relations and linked norm, reason code and variant.
Role query norm relations can be directly deleted from this overview.
The relations can be created based on:
This will create role query relations for derived roles, the queries from the parent role will be copied into the derived role.
This will create role query relations based on the t-codes in the role and in the query.
If a role has a t-code of a query the role query relation will be created.
The role query relations from the concept are used to create the role query norm relations.
Role query relations can be imported from an excel sheet.
The role transaction relations view will give you an overview of all the master roles with their assigned transaction codes.
Information about the transaction description and lock state is loaded if present in the resource database.
Note:
You can copy/paste new relations from an excel file.
You can delete role transaction relations directly.
The role domain relations view gives an overview of all master roles and their assigned domains.
The derived flag indicates the master role is already derived for the domain or not.
The role sod conflict relations view gives an overview of roles and their assigned sod conflicts.
SoD norm, SoD reason code, variant and control measure are attributes also shown.

This view will give you an overview of all the composite roles with their assigned single roles.
Information of the FuTa after last verification is available:
Only CSI: the FuTa relation only existed in CSI Accelerator concept.
Only SAP: the FuTa relation only existed in the archive (mostly downloaded SAP data).
Note:
You can copy/paste new relations from an excel file.
You can delete composite single role relations (FuTa) directly.
Same as Composite - single role relations (FuTa) but you can expand the row and display the assigned transactions from the single role.
Note: The Output toolbar behaves alternatively in this view. In order to prevent the application from locking up in case of a very large amount of data, this view will be printed/exported to Excel of PDF on a WYSIWYG base (which means that only the tree-entries which are expanded on screen will be printed in expanded-mode).
The user role assignments view gives an overview of all users (only those with roles) and their assigned roles.
To show the user role assignment validation period, check the option in the User Settings.
The view then shows the validity dates From, Until.
These can be modified directly in the grid by locking the row.
Multiple user role assignments can be selected by holding the Ctrl key. Click delete to remove all selected rows at once.
The view also displays the user's validity period (Valid from (user) and Valid until (user) ).
These fields are shown when the Display user validity period is set.
This option can be set in the Preferences from the toolbar, or in the User settings.
Same as User role assignments, but you can expand the row and display the assigned single roles from the composite role.

A view of all transactions in single roles related to the user.
The single roles can be directly related to the user or via a composite role.
The executed flag indicates if the user executed the transaction.
A view of all users that have related profiles. If the profile is also linked to a role, that role is shown.
