CSI Accelerator is not available anymore. All role building features are now available in CSI Role Build & Manage 2019. The audit and monitoring features are available in CSI Authorization Auditor 2019. However, the support for CSI Accelerator is continued for existing customers.

Codification Builder module (CB) documents the organizational structure and the authorization values, needed for every organizational item (department, user group, affiliate, etc). The strength is both organizational (company code, plant, etc.) and non-organizational values (internal order, authorization group, etc.) can be used as well as authorization object fields which are not related to the business unit (organizational) but which have technical restriction (functional). Reverse engineering is a unique feature ensuring a quick start.

Authorization Organizer module (AO) defines users, role assignments and builds a concept with (composite) roles. Full automated translation of codification requirements and mass creation of single and composite roles are the key features. STAD data (user execution statistics) can be merged to have insight in roles and functionalities in use enabling to remove user assignments.

Quality Assurance module (QA) maintains the audit queries (rule set) and SOD conflicts (role based). Delta reporting is possible between various analysis. Because transaction code access and authorization access is checked separately, this module can check the completeness of SAP GRC rule sets. Other features include analysis of deviations between master and derived roles; statistical error reporting such as overwritten organizational values; unused roles; user types, manual and changed authorizations, etc.

Controls Organizer module (CO) documents all risks, control objectives and control measures. A control measure can be a manual or a configurable control. It replaces your current documentation with control checks to be performed. Configurable controls are analyzed automatically.

User Assignment module (UA) updates instantly and synchronizes the (pre-simulated) user-role assignment in the SAP system using RFC functionality.

License Manager module (LM) simulates & manages the SAP user licenses. Multiple pricelists and cross system overviews are possible.

Task Scheduler module (TS) enables automatic downloads, verifications of documentation, consistency checks, etc. with regard to the data stored within CSI Accelerator. A pure timesaver to ensure the database is actual / in sync with the SAP system in the morning.
