Technical: When testing access rights with CSI AA, are locked, inactive or outdated roles included?

CSI Authorization Auditor is an application that audits the profiles. A user buffer in an SAP system is also loaded based on the (generated) profiles. This means that inactive authorizations are never generated in the profile and can as such not be taken into account. The validity period of a user-role assignment is only reflected in the user-profile relation after a user comparison.

Technical: SoD analysis at the level of profiles

How to examine what combination of roles cause SoD conflicts after having examined user conflicts and single role conflicts.

Licensing: Installing CSI tools on Virtual Environments

PC licenses of the CSI tools applications do not support being installed on virtual environments. For this use case, a Client/Server license is required.

General: What is a Security Manifest?

The Security Manifest file is the license file which contains the appropriate company and license information (for example: the amount of allowed registrations for your company) for a specific CSI tools application. When upgrading your applications, it's possible that a new manifest file is required. For this, please reach out to the support team.

Licenses: Manual deregistration procedure

If, due to exception circumstances, the current installation of your CSI tools applications cannot be unregistered, a manual procedure is available.
