Unable to download date columns

SAP fields with internal type 'P' and datatype 'CURR,DEC,...' are, depending on size and decimal places, not always returned correctly by RFC_READ_TABLE. If you choose to read those fields an indication is placed in the log file and you should check the field values before using them in calculations.

In order to solve this particular issue, go to "Configuration - Download" and enable the checkbox "Read fieldtype P".

Whenever I attempt to download some ( not all ) date columns I get he following error

GRFNMWRTINST field: [CREATED_AT] of type 'DEC' and length 21 can have wrong values.
GRFNMWRTINST field: [ESCALATED_FIRST] of type 'DEC' and length 21 can have wrong values.
GRFNMWRTINST field: [ESCALATED_LAST] of type 'DEC' and length 21 can have wrong values.
GRFNMWRTINST field: [FINISHED_AT] of type 'DEC' and length 21 can have wrong values.
GRFNMWRTINST field: [LAST_UPDATED_AT] of type 'DEC' and length 21 can have wrong values.
GRFNMWRTINST field: [NO_REMIND_TSTMP] of type 'DEC' and length 15 can have wrong values.
Change the configuration to read the field

how/what do I configure to download these fields.
