On the 5th of July, UKISUG and ISACA join forces for their "Securing Your Systems in the Digital World" event. The event is held at The Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham.
The event will focus on 3 key stream areas including, but not limited to:
- Cyber Security;
- Audit & Assurance;
- Compliance.
During the event, you will follow two keynote sessions in the morning, later followed by 12 to 16 breakout sessions in the afternoon.
CSI tools' CEO Johan Hermans will present a session about Security in SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Johan will talk about the several ways to set up access right on the new HANA platform. The way users and access rights work in SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori environments will be explained thoroughly. Participants will also learn how they can re-use or adapt existing user access concepts from the ABAP environment on the new HANA platform.
Update: Johan's session about Security in SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori will take place at 14:20 (BST - British Summer Time).
The presentation will be a non-commercial presentation and will be interesting for anyone who is in the process of migrating to the new SAP environments and also wants to have a secured system.
Fiona Saunders Watson of HW Controls & Assurance (HWGRC) will present a breakout session about how HWGRC analyses SAP security concepts by using CSI tools applications.
HWGRC will talk about the business importance of appropriate and effective access controls and Segregation of Duties. HWGRC is using CSI tools to accomplish this at their customers' and this session will give information about their approach and lessons learned. This session includes:
- Introduction about HWGRC,
- Introduction about CSI tools,
- Experiences on how CSI tools revealed SAP security risks at HWGRC customer cases,
- Lessons learned when securing SAP systems.
