CSI tools Mass User Maintenance functionality
CSI tools makes user maintenance more effective. With our without role provisioning? Both are possible:
- Password resets for SAP user IDs (including emailing of the user ID credentials to the end users).
- Synchronizing users between CSI Role Build & Manage and SAP.
- Locking and unlocking SAP users from CSI Role Build & Manage.
- Mass creation of SAP user IDs with automatically generated passwords and emailing to the users.
- Role provisioning with risk impact analysis.
- Access via a web portal, or integrated with your current ticketing or IdM system.
CSI tools' Mass User Maintenance functionality is available in CSI Role Build & Manage and CSI Automated Request Engine, or in the standalone CSI Mass User Maintenance application.
